For someone who just got dropped from their record label, she sure doesn't look stressed.

The Official Statement..

Kelly Rowland has released her official statement in regards to her leaving..I mean dropped from Columbia Records..

"The Grammy-winning R&B/pop superstar Kelly Rowland will no longer be recording with Columbia Records as a solo artist, it was officially announced today by the label.
Rowland, a founding member of Destiny’s Child, the world’s top-selling female group, will continue her relationship with Columbia Records in her ongoing role in the iconic ensemble.
“Because Columbia Records has been my home base as an artist for more than a decade, the decision to move out on my own required a lot of soul-searching,” said Kelly Rowland. “As a solo artist, I felt the need to explore new directions, new challenges, and new freedoms outside my comfort zone and my friends and family at Columbia have been incredibly understanding about my evolution. I want to thank everyone at Columbia for the love and support they’ve shown and I will never forget how many good times we’ve had over the years.”
“Kelly Rowland is one of our finest contemporary artists and a musical force to be reckoned with,” said Rob Stringer, CEO, Columbia/Epic Label Music Group. “It has been a privilege and a pleasure to work with Kelly and we will continue our working relationship with her under the Destiny’s Child moniker. The decision for Kelly to seek other opportunities for her solo career was agreed upon mutually, and any reports to the contrary are false.”

Looks like Kelly recent dismissal of Matthew Knowles has not affected her friendship with Beyonce. Both Beyonce and Michelle came out to support Kelly at her surprise BDay party.

All Good Things Must Come to an End...Right???

Kelly Rowland has officially split from Papa Knowles management company Music World Entertainment. There have been rumors that Kelly felt left out especially when Solange solo project hit this past year and she got promotion over Kelly's project..(side bar..note to Kelly that is his daughter well at least one of the two that he is claiming..anywho)..Both side have release official statements:

Kelly's Statement "Mathew Knowles has been a positive influence in my career. I have had great success under his guidance - both as a member of Destiny’s Child and with my solo projects. Although we have decided to part ways professionally, the Knowles family and the entire Music World Entertainment team will always be my family."

Papa Knowles Statement "“After a very positive meeting between Kelly Rowland and myself, we have amicably agreed to end our professional relationship . My company, Music World, will continue to manage Destiny’s Child as a group. As an artist Kelly has incredible talent and I only wish her the best. We will always be family first and foremost, and as a dad I only have love for Kelly.”

beach in Miami over the weekend. I wonder what it must be like for her to try so hard but still can't get out of Beyonce's shadow. Nevertheless, she should have enough paper to compensate for all bitter feelings..
