Rihanna to have her day in court..

People.com Reports: "Rihanna may finally speak in public about the alleged assault on her earlier this year by Chris Brown. Following a hearing in Los Angeles Thursday, Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, said prosecutors intend to subpoena the singer to appear at a June 22 hearing, so the court can determine if there's enough evidence to proceed with a trial. "The DA has advised me that she will be subpoenaed [to testify]," Etra said. "She absolutely will comply." He added that Rihanna, 21, would be subject to cross-examination by Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos".

More legal woes for Chris Breezy...

People.com Reports: "Chris Brown is facing more legal trouble – this time from a man who claims he was beaten up by the singer's bodyguard. Robert Rosen is suing Brown, 20, for personal injury, alleging he was roughed up after taking a snapshot of Brown at a Los Angeles fitness club on March 13, according to the lawsuit filed in L.A. Superior Court".

I hope this teaches all of those that were so quick to run to judgement about these two, that never get involved in a lovers quarrel. You will voice your opinions and in a flash they will be back together...It never fails...Anywho..People.com is reporting that over the weekend a Chris Brown look=a=like was partying with the Kardashians and of course the blogs reported that it was Chris with out really knowing the truth...Stuff like this gives blogs a bad name!

"Chris Brown will reportedly plead self-defense in his assault case.
The 19-year-old singer was arrested earlier this month after an alleged altercation with girlfriend Rihanna, which reportedly left her with two "huge contusions" on both sides of her forehead, a bloody lip and bloody nose".



RIHANNA is reluctant to press charges over her alleged beating at the hands of ex boyfriend CHRIS BROWN, according to U.S. reports.Brown was arrested and charged with making criminal threats following an alleged attack on the Umbrella hitmaker after a pre-Grammys party on 8 February (09). He was freed on bail following the incident. He is due in court in Los Angeles on 5 March (09) for an arraignment hearing. Police are still gathering evidence on the case but Rihanna has so far not come forward to press charges against her ex lover, according to In Touch magazine. A spokesman for Los Angeles district attorney's office tells the publication, "We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case." But the spokesman is adamant they will seek justice - even if Rihanna doesn't appear in court to testify. The spokesman adds, "If the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim. She will not have to show up during the arraignment."

Anger Managment....Like we didn't see this coming

In an attempt to rebuild his public image, Chris is attending anger managment classes. Even though I know its a PR move I hope he is able to get something out of the classes.

I refuse to report anymore about the debauchery that is Chris Brown and Rihanna. Each day the story just gets more and more bizarre. So until there are OFFICIAL statements from both parties involved I will re-frame from adding to this circus.

TMZ Reports: "Police took pictures of Rihanna's injuries and they are "horrific."As reported, the photos show major contusions on both sides of the singer's face -- there is serious swelling and bruising. Her lip is split and her nose bloody. We have now confirmed there are bite marks on one of her arms and on several fingers."

I dearly hope that all of this is really an exaggeration of the events and bruises. Because if this is true I don't know how Chris could recover from what will sure to be a ruined career....

So over the weekend it seems that Rih Rih had to put the kibosh on a young up and coming singers dream to meet her idol Chris Brown. Why you ask? Because this new comer Alexandra Burke winner of the UKs X-factor was telling any one who would listen how much she "likes" Chris and really wanted to meet him. So when Rih Rih got wind that Ms Burke wanted to have a face to face with Chris at an after party this weekend in London, Rih Rih had her banned from the party. Wow, Rih Rih this sound a little insecure. You can't be with him every waking moment and face it your Boo is a cutie and there are always going to be girls will to give it up to him. Deal with it!!!!!
